Salted Caramel Banana Cream Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookie Recipe

Makes approximately 7 dozen tsp size cookies, or 4 dozen tbsp size cookies.

Ingredients

  • 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
    (Note: I use 100% All Purpose Whole Wheat Flour with no Barley Flour. Whole Wheat flour absorbs more liquid than standard AP flour and if you use AP flour with Barley Flour, you may need to adjust this measurement slightly.)
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant banana cream pudding mix
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup Torani Salted Caramel Syrup
    (You can adjust this amount slightly to increase or decrease the strength of flavor)
  • 1 bag chocolate chips
  • Optional: 1 cup chopped nuts

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Combine the flour and baking soda. Set aside.
  3. Mix the butter, brown sugar, white sugar, pudding mix, and syrup. Beat until creamy.
  4. Add the eggs and mix well.
  5. Gradually stir in the flour mixture.
  6. Stir in the chocolate chips and the chopped nuts.
  7. Drop from teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheets about 1 inch apart.
  8. Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 8 to 10 minutes.
