This adorable owls toilet paper tubes craft is perfect for bringing a little sunshine to your craft room or homeschool classroom. Simple enough for even the littlest of hands, this charming craft will become a favorite for your children.
- Paper roll tubes
- Yellow paper
- Large googly eyes
Step 1 – Fold down the top of the paper tube to form the owl's ears. To do this, first fold down the front side to the center (this should create a curve) then fold down the other side in the same way, and they should overlap slightly.
Step 2 – Decide which color you would like the body of your owl to be and paint the whole of the paper tube. Let the paint dry and add another coat of paint if you wish.
Step 3 – Once the paint has dried, decide which color you would like the owl's wings to be. Paint the wings onto the bottom half of the tube. Then cut a small triangle shape out of the yellow paper and glue to the front of the tube to make the beak. Stick the two large googly eyes just above the beak.
Your owl is now finished – you could try making this owls toilet paper tubes craft in lots of different colors! You can even make one to fit every season.
