The most epic press conference ever happened last weekend here in Beverly Hills, California, and we were there to capture all the magic. Hosted by the Grandmaster himself, Jeff Goldblum, the Infinity War cast interviews were less like your typical press conference and more like a hilarious game of Bingo featuring a tumbler of ping pong balls and hot topics for each cast member. While the cast kept pretty tight-lipped about, well everything, we did learn quite a bit about fashion, Drax lack of fashion due to his sensitive nipples, and bass fishing. Yes, I said bass fishing.

- Don Cheadle (“James Rhodes / War Machine”)
- Benedict Cumberbatch (“Dr Stephen Strange”)
- Robert Downey Jr. (“Tony Stark / Iron Man”)
- Winston Duke (“M’Baku”)
- Danai Gurira (“Okoye”)
- Chris Hemsworth (“Thor”)
- Tom Hiddleston “Loki”)
- Tom Holland (“Peter Parker / Spider-Man”)
- Scarlett Johansson (“Natasha Romanoff / Black Widow”)
- Pom Klementieff (“Mantis”)
- Anthony Mackie (“Sam Wilson / Falcon”)
- Elizabeth Olsen (“Wanda Maximoff / Scarlett Witch”)
- Chris Pratt (“Peter Quill / Star-Lord”)
- Mark Ruffalo (“Bruce Banner / The Hulk”)
- Zoe Saldana (“Gamora”)
- Sebastian Stan (“Bucky Barnes / Winter Soldier”)
- Letitia Wright (“Shuri”)

- Director Joe Russo
- Producer Kevin Feige
And about the cast being tight-lipped, truth is, most of the cast hadn't even seen the film yet. That was reserved for the premiere which happened Monday night. What we did learn though during the press conference is how Kevin Feige and his team have kept the spirit of the comics within the MCU films.
Kevin Feige: It's the comics that usually when there's just a notion to, let's do an Iron Man movie. Or let's have the audacity to try to do a version of the Infinity Gauntlet. It starts with those comics and us beginning to rip pages out, or rip copies of pages out, and put them on walls and start to be inspired. In every single movie we've made, up to and especially Infinity War, there are direct images, storylines, rarely but sometimes actual lines of dialog come from those pages that we've put up around our development room for inspiration. With Infinity War, in particular, when there are so many characters and so many threads of storylines from so many movies that we could have pulled from or used as inspiration, and we did, we kept going back to, and I think we've released some behind the scenes videos, and you can see the giant omnibus of the Infinity Gauntlet there with all sorts of dog-eared pages and post its in there from moments. After we see the movie, we can talk more specifically about what those moments were, most of them were surrounding Mr. Brolin's Thanos character, that came directly from Jim Starlin's work. It is always a guide point, it's a north star for us, as we lead these giant productions into reality, are right from those books and where they all started.
