Ghost Town Trick or Treating
During the celebration, Ghost Town’s Main Street is filled with ghoulishly fun characters like Drac the Undertaker, The GhostRider Sheriff, and The Werewolf Barber. Kids are invited to trick-or-treat for tasty sweets by ringing whimsically themed bells at nearly a dozen themed doors.
If you have a little treater who happens to be a bit shy like ours, the kind and patient ghouls will take extra care to make this experience scare-free for them by reaching out a gentle hand, speaking in a soft voice, and even getting down to their level.
Even though our daughter was nervous about trick-or-treating, the extra effort and time spent with Drac the Undertaker helped our little Princess Elsa overcome her fears and she happily treating with her bothers in no time.
It was great to see her having so much fun after being nervous, and she really enjoyed the sweet treats she received from Knott's fun characters.
Over in Fiesta Village, the all-new kid friendly Spooky Hollow Maze offers an enchanting experience through a spooky forest with larger-than-life jack-o-lanterns and a special visit by the legendary Headless Horsemen.
Parents will want to join there kids in the maze as there are plenty of photo ops you won't want to miss. At the end of the hauntingly fun maze, kids can paint and bring home their very own pumpkin head, for a nominal fee.
Additional Knott's Spooky Farm Activities and Events
Also located in the park, you can surprise the little explorer in your pack by visiting the Creepy Crawler Cabin in the Pony Express Rangers Station, where they can observe or hold a friendly praying mantis, beetles and more.
Take a venture over to the Halloween fun at the Boardwalk, where the celebration of the season comes to life at the Monster Masquerade Ball. Little ghosts and ghouls can design a masquerade mask and dance the day way while enjoying karaoke.
